I just wanted to give a big THANK YOU to the 509th for providing such a truly awesome gaming environment. I've been playing the 509th COD2 servers for a couple of years now I think, and I can't imagine I would really still be playing this game if it wasn't for the 509th.

I recall the day COD came out and how I felt that I had finally found "the" game that I was looking for. Then COD UO, fun with tanks and jeeps, then COD2. All fun but still lacking something............I don't know what. I knew I was looking for something more organized and thought out, but just didn't know what, where, how or who would play that way. And then one day, as I was mindlessly running and gunning about (which I detest), I stumbled into a 509th server and I knew I had found some real like minded players. At last!! I was in FPS gaming heaven and I've hung around ever since. I am reminded of this from time to time when 2.2 is full (dang I hate it when that happens) and I poke my head into an RnG server. UHHHGG!!!

So, I just wanted to express my appreciation to you all, the 509th, for letting me hang around all this time. I appreciate the quality environment you provide. I appreciate that you run a tight ship and keep it clean and "family" oriented. As my 8 yo son is now chomping at the bit to start playing, it's nice to know that when he does, I know he has a great place to play where I don't have to be concerned that he'll be blasted with the constant gutter garbage that is so prevalent on most servers. I enjoy playing with you all, the 509th and the other regulars, the usual suspects that I see night after night. You are all truly a great bunch.

Thank you for your kind words. We at the 509th try very hard to make sure our servers are a fun and safe place to play, alot of the credit though should go to the many great regulars that play on our servers. Without you guys and gals the 509th servers wouldnt be as successful as they are. There are regulars who have been playing here as long as i have been here which is almost 4 years. so again thank you and all our regulars for making our severs a great place to play.

Thanks for the kudos Ima. Like Killjoy said, we all enjoy this type of game-play. But it takes a core group of regulars to keep it going, Not only [509th].

Thanks again, BTW if you want to kick it up a notch, your more than welcome to join us on Team Speak as well.

Thanks boys and girls.

Schultz and Asiago.......Thanks for the nudge. I do need to get in to TS. Seems like I had trouble getting it up and running last time I tried. Overall, I think I'm a fairly intelligent cat, but I do struggle with the simplest things from time to time. I seem to have a mental deficiency when it comes to TCP/IP-networky-protocally things for some reason and I guess TS is one of them. Or, maybe it was just an off day? I'll give her a go again.

Raptor.......thanks for the TS tip. I had heard that we could be a bit more "free form" on TS, which is nice.
